Bill is president of the Customer Focused Leadership Group. Bill’s company focuses on helping
organizations lead change in their business. The CFL Group does this through developing,
coaching, training, facilitating, and inspiring business teams to achieve extraordinary challenges.
The CFL Group will train work teams in skills and tools needed to be more effective. The

Bill’s clients include many major corporations including: Allied Signal, J.P. Morgan Chase,
Citibank, GE, GE Capital, Fort James, IBM, L’Oreal, Morgan Stanley, Pitney Bowes, US Postal
Service, and Verizon.
Prior to forming his own company, Bill had more than 25 years of experience at GE Company in
management development, marketing, product management, and sales. During Bill’s last
assignment with GE, he was Manager of the Product Management Development Program at the
Management Development Center in Crotonville, NY. His responsibility was to help Jack Welch
lead change in the marketing and sales functions. Bill created and implemented a new program to
recruit, train, and develop fast track product managers and sales engineers across 10 divisions.
At GE Capital’s Equipment Lease and Finance Operation, Bill was responsible for new business
development.
Bill served as Vice President - Marketing and Sales for Inductive Inference Inc., a financial
services software company in NYC. He also worked three years as Managing Consultant for
Michael Allen Consulting Company focusing on marketing strategy for financial service and high
technology industries.
Bill earned his MBA from Temple University. His undergraduate degree in Mechanical
Engineering is from Villanova University. He served as President of the American Marketing
Association - Fairfield County Chapter. He was also Vice President of the Sales and Marketing
Executive Club of Connecticut.
