All the rooms in the Cottage feature queen size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and private baths in all deluxe and premium rooms. Refrigerator available for keeping your cold beverages.

All B&B guests are treated to a tasty & healthy full breakfast served to you while you relax in the comfort of wicker in a glass enclosed porch - all within view of the ocean and overlooking Spring Lake.

As our guest, you can enjoy reading and relaxing on our comfortable shaded porch or in our hammock. We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels for your convenience and free use of bikes for touring the area.

By popular requests of many of our returning guests, Ashling Cottage Bed & Breakfast has recently installed an aesthetically pleasing, private, outdoor shower facility at the rear of the B&B building. It has hot and cold-water capability. There will be an overhead shower to rinse off as well as a foot spray to wash the sand from your feet before you enter the building. It will be conveniently located so that when you return the beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels, you can easily take the shower before entering the building.
